To Order:
Please complete the form below. You can choose from one of
the styles you have seen here or give us a brief description of how you
would like your item customized to your personal taste. This form can be submitted for either sewn or painted items.
After you submit your order form, Ann or Kristen will contact you directly within one day to discuss your order, give you an estimated time of completion, and discuss how you would like to receive your item.
Pick-up and Shipping:
Items can either be picked up in the Houston area or shipped to your home. All orders are shipped through the USPS. Shipping charges are automatically determined based upon the weight and destination of your order. If you are outside the US, please contact us for shipping information. Rocking chairs shipping will cost $35 and be shipped US parcel post to keep cost low.
If you need an order expedited, please indicate and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We aim for complete satisfaction on each and every order. All orders are considered final sale.
Payment:
Ellie Cate's currently accepts cash and personal checks. You can also order using a credit card from our store at www.elliecates.etsy.com. We will begin creating your item upon receipt of your payment.
